Queridos amigos:
I am so happy for being here with you: Many of you have been making the Church of God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit with me. Some for many years and for others, not so many. Is it not fantastic! Merry Christmas and happy New Year.
I have been thinking “God one day appeared as a babe. I do not understand this. I believe it, and I ask God to help me to be His faithful son. What I ask God is to help me with, is to be the best son: I cannot get over when I repeat in my mind, “For me, life is Jesus.” Philippians 1:21 I say to God, this other one, “It is not I who loves; it is Christ who lives in me.” Galatians 2:19.
God appeared in Bethlehem 2009 years ago. I cannot get over when I read, Galatians 4: 4, “When the right time came God sent His own Son,, to adopt us as children. And gave us the Holy Spirit making us feel we are His children.” In the moment He made us His Body: I Corinthians 12: 28 “We are the body of Christ, because He came to baptize us.”
This is what I want to tell you in this last bulletin of 2009: You and I are the luckiest people. God wanted to honor us in such a way, that He wants to use us, our eyes, arms, mouth and everything to be God here.... People hear God through you, people see God in you. Do you see all the people working in the parish? People getting into the Bible or Charismatic, or marriage, youth programs? God does so much with so many people. Be part of it! God will change the whole world around you this year, OK? God is God here because of the work of many like you. You are lucky!
I REPEAT OVER AND OVER THIS YEAR: “God made me His body” in Babe Jesus, when He was with the animals. He likes to work, instead of using His body or an angel’s body. He loves you so much that He likes to use you. Happy New Year! You have been chosen especially by God to be the greatest, most fantastic person ever; the body of God the Father, of Jesus and of the Holy Spirit. Repeat over and over, “The Babe in the manger is me in His body.”
GOD DID SO MUCH USING THE MEMBERS OF THIS CHURCH. YOU HAVE NO IDEA. THIS YEAR YOU WILL BE NUMBER ONE...
